- To re-point ridges, verges and any hips as required.
- To replace any damaged or broken tiles as per survey.
- Apply anti-fungal solution to roof/wall area.

Apply 2 coats of weather resistant coatings
(colour of your choice from sample). - To clean all areas after installation, including fascias & windows.
- Remove all debris from site.
- Provide a 10 year guarantee on all products & installation.

Dry verge units and caps give a strong, reliable fix, meaning mortar is surplus to requirements when such verge systems are being utilised.
